Short Description: Second Amendment Foundation lawsuit challenging a Seattle parks ban on all firearms which violated Washington State’s preemption statute.
Long Description: Lawsuit against the City of Seattle’s attempted ban on all firearms in any public park.

This ban was found to violate state law and was overturned.

The attempted ban violated Washington State’s preemption statute where all such legislation must be approved by the Washington State Legislature.
